Changing Tiny Habits One Task At a Time

New Year's Resolution: Change tiny habits.

Awhile back I discovered the 3 Tiny Habits course offered by BJ Fogg, PhD, director of the Persuasive Tech Lab at Stanford University. One of my tiny habits I chose to change was an activity that I do when I turn on my computer. I hear many stories of people spending so much time watching videos or playing Words with Friends (I'm guilty!).

Well, task management software can help. The goal of task management is to help improve productivity, manage tasks (one task at a time is ok), and work more collaboratively in teams, possibly affected by habits.

For example, Asana has produced a productivity app to keep your projects, tasks, and communication in one tool. So, can Asana be the Facebook of team workspaces? Time will tell. I've also brought out the key points of five productivity apps, among so many great project collaboration tools that are attracting users.
