In my review of Box, the content sharing and online collaboration platform, one important lesson surfaced - efficiency. How can we become better and more efficient at what we do so we can go enjoy life?
Take for example, the City of Columbia, South Carolina discovered Box to use in the field for community service officers. In the field, officers take photos or complete safety inspections to locate critical pieces of information vital to safety and response systems for police and fire departments.
On a file sharing and collaboration journey, stored information gets referenced and new information gets added. The round trip going from device to cloud and back again becomes efficient.
Sharing information with your coworkers or partners as changes or new information occurs, can save time and money. Efficiency is what we need more of.
